Everyone in Beech is welcome to come to our Annual General Meeting at 6pm on Friday, September 25.
Do come along to find out more about what the Beech Village Hall and Recreation Ground charity has been doing and our plans for the future. There will be ample opportunity for you to ask questions and make suggestions. The bar will be open after the meeting for the Village Social, so there will be plenty of time for informal discussion.
We will publish the agenda here about a month before the meeting.
Members will receive the meeting documents, including the Annual Report and Statement of Financial Activities, by email a few days before the AGM. If you live in Beech and have not yet signed up as a Member, you can do so here.
