 ing at 6pm on Friday\, September 25.\n\nDo come along to find out more abo
 ut what the Beech Village Hall and Recreation Ground charity has been doin
 g and our plans for the future. There will be ample opportunity for you to
  ask questions and make suggestions. The bar will be open after the meetin
 g for the Village Social\, so there will be plenty of time for informal di
 scussion.\n\nWe will publish the agenda here about a month before the meet
 ing.\n\nMembers will receive the meeting documents\, including the Annual 
 Report and Statement of Financial Activities\, by email a few days before 
 the AGM. If you live in Beech and have not yet signed up as a Member\, you
