AM & PM Catering: Established back in the last century, 1981 to be precise, we’ve collected most of the ‘t’ shirts to be had in this industry so our experience is second to none. We are not just about producing fabulous food though – we’ll all about providing a friendly, flexible and thoroughly professional service to ensure that each and every occasion is the success our clients, and their guests, would wish it to be.

Grassi & Jones: Food just tastes better when it’s beautiful, so let us help you capture the magic that will make your home entertaining fun and stylish. We provide a totally bespoke catering service from celebration lunches and dinners, tea parties and picnics, canapés for drinks, garden cook outs and even romantic dinners for two.​ Each event is planned to suit your tastes and dietary needs. We will listen, cook up a plan and add some G&J magic.

Reilly Cakes: Proud of my business which I run by myself, Amanda Reilly, I lovingly tailor make all my creations from my home kitchen in the pretty chocolate box village of Micheldever near Winchester. My trusty little Mini and I can make deliveries for you, anywhere covering the Hampshire area up to London.

The Tipple Trailer: Based in Farnham, we offer an exceptional Gin & Tonic service through our bar on wheels and the brilliant bar facilities at the Beech village hall. As well as this we offer a range of other spirits, wine, Prosecco, beers/ciders! We love to work locally with many of our suppliers being nearby. We can also tailor our menu to suit whatever you might want for your wedding or party. Want to make your own custom drink with a unique name? We can also do that! Whiteley Bar Company: Based in Whiteley, our family-run business offers a contemporary-styled fully mobile bar. Available for weddings, parties, corporate events – we can supply your bar for anything from birthdays and engagements to fayres and fetes. We offer a selection of premium beers, wines and spirits to make any occasion a success. With our expertise and professionalism, the Whiteley Bar Company will provide a first class bar experience.

Winchester Bar Services: A specialist mobile bar and event company,  for private parties, weddings, dry hire, fridge hire, beer dispense kit installations and bar unit sale. Operating In Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and beyond. 

Dressed Events: Dressed Events started life as Chair Covers of Hampshire back in 2003. The idea for the company was born when the previous owner ordered in chair covers for her wedding in Southampton, the hotel loved them and asked to rent them, and the rest is history!

The company looks so different now, offering backdrops, chair hire, centrepieces, aisle carpets and much more. Not only that, we are now in our largest unit yet, based in Hedge End, with a show area so couples can look before they book.

Crystal Hire: We pride ourselves on offering our clients the very best in tables, chairs, glassware, cutlery, china, linen, catering equipment and much more. Whether you are organising a large wedding, a corporate function or an intimate private dinner party, our dedicated team of experts provide first-class customer service with a personal touch, to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Medstead Marquees specialise in elegant and contemporary marquee hire. Furniture, flooring and decorations are also available to hire. Chairs, tables, lighting, hardwood flooring, garlands … we ensure your marquee has everything you may need. Need ideas? Just ask.

Party Delights Photo Booth are looking to take your wedding, birthday or corporate event to the next level! If you’re looking for something to provide that ‘X’ factor at your event, you have come to the right place. Our state of the art booths and choice of photo walls create maximum entertainment for your guests of all ages, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

West End Flower Farm: We pride ourselves on growing sustainable British flowers at West End in Froyle, and from March to November, all our flowers and foliage come from here on the farm. Each arrangement is done with plenty of TLC and an added bit of creativity so they never look the same. Flower arranging buckets are available to book online but please email us to discuss any colours and further services we can do for you (wedding bouquets, buttonholes etc).

Aura Event Hire is a small local business with a big heart offering all the essentials for your wedding reception, celebration or event – Chiavari chairs, festoon and fairy lights, giant illuminated LOVE letters, up lighters and more. We welcome all enquiries large or small and would love to chat to you!
