Coming together to remember someone special, or to mark the close of a chapter in life, is one of the most meaningful things we can do as family and friends. Beech Village Hall offers a large, warm and entirely private space — set in quiet Hampshire countryside, away from the noise and bustle of town — where you can gather in comfort and peace.

So many people complimented the hall, things like what a beautiful space it was, how great the kitchen was, I particularly liked the lights that were hanging from the beams… the notes about how the hall works were very helpful… The communication and everything has been brilliant too. We will definitely use the hall again if we have another party

Our Day Event Package is designed for gatherings of this kind — a generous five-hour block during the daytime, with full use of the hall, kitchen and all facilities, at a straightforward all-inclusive price.
Day Event Package — £175 including VAT Any weekday or weekend, 5 hours between 09:00 and 17:00 Full use of Main Hall, Lounge and all facilities — up to 100 guests
If your gathering would suit an evening timeslot, our Evening Party Package (£275 including VAT, Friday or Saturday, 18:00–23:00) is also available. Please contact us to discuss.

A note on planning
For a gathering of this kind, we would suggest having a small number of family members or trusted friends available to help with setting up on arrival and tidying at the end — this takes real pressure off the day.
We would also recommend arranging a dedicated caterer rather than relying on family to manage food. We maintain a list of local caterers who know the hall well and can handle everything from simple refreshments to a full buffet. [link: directory of local suppliers]

- Entrance screen for your tribute photo slideshow

You will need to arrange: table linen and any floral or tribute decorations; your caterer; glasses; and drinks (a Temporary Event Notice is required if alcohol is to be sold — we can advise you).
