Thank you so much for allowing us to have our party there. So many people complimented the hall, things like what a beautiful space it was, how great the kitchen was etc. The lounge separation was excellent, it meant the children could do their laser tag in the hall and the parents and family could sit in the lounge with a cup of tea :-).

Children’s party options
Our standard Children’s Party package has been carefully created to help ensure your party is a great success. Our package includes use of our Hall and Lounge for up to four hours, catering facilities, village green and private car park, and the children’s party setup for our sound and lighting system. The cost for our package is £125 including VAT

The hall was perfect venue for holding the get together for dad's funeral, great kitchen and bar facilities. There's a lovely green with a play area should you have children attending. I'd strongly recommend enquiriing about local lady Sarah for any catering requirements, a great lady, so efficient,made the whole event effortless for us and food was perfect.
Wow what a venue! I independently hired this hall twice and both times I received fantastic feedback from my guests. The first event was my daughter’s 4th birthday party. The space was large enough for 30+ children and parents playing games and long trestle tables (supplied by the venue) for the food. The children had so much room to run around, and the parents were impressed with the amount of parking.
I booked the hall again for my 40th birthday in October. With a hired band, dancefloor, and photo booth, I needed a venue large enough to host the equipment but not too large that the room felt empty. It was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped for the food prep and the bar area was perfect for serving drinks, keeping the main hall separate for dancing. The built-in disco lights and fairy lights added an amazing feature and helped bring the ambience together. There are also plenty of chairs and tables.
Kim was fast to respond to any emails and queries. On the day I had an issue with the sound system, he fixed it within 10 minutes of my call which was fantastic and kept me stress free! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hall again. Amazing value for money, clean, well equipped, and friendly communication. Thank you!
We recently organized our 3-year-old's birthday party at the venue, which offers a variety of facilities including parking, a full kitchen, a lounge area, a garden, toilets, and coat hangers. However, we found that the men's restroom could benefit from some improvements, while the women's restroom was in much better condition.
On the day of the party, we encountered an issue with the newly installed music system, which was not functioning despite attempts by several individuals to troubleshoot. We ultimately contacted the person in charge, who responded promptly and was able to resolve the issue. Overall it's a nice venue for small gatherings.
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say a massive thank you for the absolutely brilliant party at Beech Village Hall. It's definitely my favourite venue in the area and the setting is perfect for a disco party with lights and great sound system. I love the lounge area and the new furniture. The highlight this year was the photo slide in the corridor where guests could see old photos of their children and remember great memories of them. Again, thank you, it was such a great time, and see you again one day!
Where can I put a Bouncy Castle and how big can it be?
You can place a bouncy castle outside the hall on the village green or inside the main hall.
The Main Hall has a high ceiling with wooden beams:
The best space is close to the ‘sliding partition’. Height is not normally an issue (at the partition end of the hall).
The Main Hall is 12m long and 9m wide with 2 wooden beams that cross the hall at approx 4m from each end at a height 2.8m.
The apex of the roof rises above the cross beams by approximately 2-3m. This means you can fit a bouncy castle that is taller than 2.8m in the end of the hall nearest the a partiton provided its base can fit within the 4m gap from the partition to the cross beam.
As the hirer you are responsible for the health and safety of your guests.
Bouncy Castles are great fun but as with any physical activity there are risks and hence they do require appropriate supervision and control. You should:
Ensure adult supervision at all times
Not allow them to be used by children under 2 years of age, or by adults
Segregate by size and age group for example 2 to 5 year olds, 6- 12 and over 12.
Ensure the supplier has appropriate insurance and also review your own insurance

Who is responsible for insurance of Bouncy Castles?
You will need to check with the supplier of the Bouncy Castle and review your own personal and third party liability insurance. We do not cover the risks of or from the use of Bouncy Castles.
Can we use the village green?
Hirers are welcome to use the village green and play equipment on a non-exclusive basis.
The Village Green is a large, gently sloping quiet space surrounded by mature hedges and trees. Laid mainly to lawn with a recently installed children’s play areas in one corner.
Please note:
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times
Noise and disturbance must be kept to a minimum
Consumption of alcoholic drinks must be confined to the Hall and patio unless prior permission has been given by the Bookings Manager
The hirer understands that members of the public will continue to walk across the Village Green and use the play equipment
No unauthorised OUTDOOR MUSIC, lighting of FIREWORKS or flying of DRONES is permitted on the Beech Village Hall green.
Can I put a Bouncy Castle on the village green?
Yes. There is an external power supply on the right hand side of the main entrance.

Height is not normally an issue (at the partition end of the hall). The Height of the cross beam from floor is 9’3″,
The gap from partition to cross beam to the partition wall is 4 metres (13′ 1.5″).
