Tina is a registered member of the British School of Meditation and The College of Sound Healing. She’s been a complementary therapist for almost thirty years but her passion is to share her no-nonsense approach to meditation and to guide people towards learning to press the pause button in a way that fits their lifestyle.
Stress is a part of everyday life with the feeling we’re simply getting from one exhausting day to the next. Meditation can seem like an impossible luxury but it’s important to find moments to simply stop, breathe and notice. By opening our minds to all parts of ourselves, current attitudes, past experiences, fears, concerns, learnt reactions, we can begin to understand ourselves and re-set negative attitudes, embedded habits and old traumas. In time you may find you’re more relaxed, engaged, positive and better able to cope.
Tina currently teaches meditation classes, runs workshops in how to use essential oils, facilitates women’s yoga and meditation retreats and provides group and one to one guided meditation sessions with the added joy and healing of singing bowls.
