Samanta supports children, adolescents and their families with emotional, social and psychological wellbeing. Combining her 10+ years of therapeutic expertise with the healing power of creativity, she often works with children experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low self-worth, school avoidance and emotional dysregulation. Alongside her 1:1 practice, Samanta founded a Conscious Parenting Clinic during the lockdowns, supporting parents to create calmer, more connected family environments grounded in understanding, respect and compassion.
Parent Workshops
In response to the growing emotional challenges facing many children and families, Samanta has expanded her work into the wider community through courses and workshops for parents and carers. Rooted in connection, empathy, compassion and play, her approach helps families build resilience, deepen understanding and strengthen relationships. Drawing on therapeutic practices used in clinical settings, the foundation of her work is connection — with Self, with your Child and with your Community.
Over three fortnightly workshops, we will learn, explore and reflect together on how to create a calmer, more harmonious home for yourself and your family within a relaxed, inclusive and informative space where all enquiries are welcome.
