She combines Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a scientifically supported method that uses gentle tapping on acupuncture meridian points to calm the nervous system and process emotions, with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to re-program unhelpful thoughts and beliefs. Fully certified by EFT International and the American Board of NLP, Claire has helped clients process unresolved experiences from the past, overcome crippling social and performance anxiety, create healthier relationships, gain clarity in decision making and rediscover confidence.
