Bonfire night

5.00pm: We will meet at Beech Village Hall. Buy your ticket if you haven’t done so already and collect your wristband. Wax torches will be available for purchase at the Hall to use in the torchlit procession.

5.30pm:  We will set off for the torch-led procession to the Recreation Ground, where we will light the bonfire.

6.30pm:  Enjoy the spectacular fireworks show. (Pet owners please note that the fireworks will last for 15-20 minutes.)

 

Food and drink will be available for purchase on the Rec (card payments accepted): Burgers and sausages in buns (with vegetarian option). Mulled wine, beer, white wine, soft drinks.

 

Prices: Adult ticket: £8.00. 

Child (5 – 17): £3.50. Infant (0 -4): No charge

Wax torches: £3.50 (only available at the hall for purchase)

 

Places are limited, so we are offering advance purchase via Ticketsource. Click here to book. If we have to cancel due to high winds or torrential rain, full refunds will be available through TicketSource. Please bring your ticket (on your phone or printed out) and check in at the Hall or on the Rec. If you wish to purchase a wax torch, you will need to do this at the Hall before 5.30pm when the procession leaves.

 

Alternatively, you can buy your tickets at the Village Hall between 5pm – 5.30pm, or on the Rec from 5pm onwards. Card payments accepted.

Weather warning: We can’t guarantee good weather, and the path up to the recreation ground can be slippery, so please dress appropriately!
