Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Join me for an immersive sound bath featuring the rich, soothing tones of Alchemy Crystal
Quartz singing bowls. Let the harmonic frequencies wash over you, guiding you into a deeply
restorative state. As the sound waves activate the parasympathetic nervous system – the body’s
natural rest-and restore response – the frequencies help slow brainwaves, inducing a serene,
dreamlike state.
In this space, time drops away, and you’re invited to simply drift with the sounds, surrendering to
the journey. There’s nothing for you to do—just an opportunity to rest, receive, and be.
We begin with a gentle Yoga Nidra meditation (yogic sleep meditation!) to ground and center
the body before moving into the sound journey. The session will include other resonant
instruments, carefully chosen for their healing and harmonic qualities.
This fortnightly experience takes place in the beautiful countryside location of peaceful Beech
Village Hall, creating the perfect environment to unwind, rejuvenate, and relax deeply, allowing
your mind and body to reset and restore.

hat to Bring
– A Yoga mat or exercise mat – basically something comfy to lie on
– A warm blanket or two
– A cushion for your head
– Eye pillow or mask (it can be helpful to block out the daylight)
– Water to hydrate with after the session

Please Read Contraindications!
Sound baths are not recommended for the following…

– Women in the first trimester of pregnancy
– Children under the age of thirteen.
– Those experiencing extreme mental health issues.
– If you have a pacemaker or other metal implant
– If you are affected by sound induced epilepsy
Please consult with your healthcare provider if you are concerned about any of the above.

STRICT CANCELLATIONS POLICY
There is a strict 72hr cancellation policy on this event, no refunds will be issued after this time.

I really look forward to sharing the sound magic with you.

Bro-Ga Yoga for Men

Weds Evenings from September 2025 – 7.15pm

Bro-ga: Yoga for Stiff Blokes Who Need It Most

Launched in 2022, Bro-ga aims to get a million men moving—men who feel the effects of age with stiff backs, achy joints, and struggle with everyday movements like bending to tie their shoes or getting up off the floor. Our yoga classes are specially designed for men with little to no yoga experience, offering a welcoming space to stretch out, loosen up, and feel good.

Breaking Barriers, Building Community

We know most men don’t have many opportunities to socialize, and that’s why every class ends with a cold beer—an ideal time to catch up, share stories, and ‘chew the fat’ with your mates. We’re all about breaking the common misconceptions of yoga. No fancy gear needed—old t-shirts and baggy shorts are perfect. Everyone’s in the same boat, so no one feels out of place.

Get Started with Our 5-Week Trial Course

Try Bro-ga with our 5-week trial package and experience the benefits first-hand. Before you know it, you’ll be moving better, feeling stronger, and enjoying every moment of becoming a fully-fledged Bro.

We’ll be moving, strengthening and stretching with traditional yoga postures including sitting, standing, balancing and relaxation.
