Everyone in Beech is welcome to come to our Annual General Meeting at 7pm on Friday, October 17.
Do come along to find out more about what the Beech Village Hall and Recreation Ground charity has been doing and our plans for the future. There will be ample opportunity for you to ask questions and make suggestions. The bar will be open for an hour or so after the meeting to provide an opportunity for informal discussion.

Members will receive the meeting documents, including the Annual Report and Statement of Financial Activities, by email a few days before the AGM. If you live in Beech and have not yet signed up as a Member, you can do so here.
