Painting is almost finished… this is our new look cloakroom… it is missing some minor things, like a sink but they are in plan…
And this is the new entrance area, Brad is working on the units to be installed in the cloakroom and the kitchenette:

The only delay has been on fitting our new front door which you can see from the photo is not quite in the right place… the issue has been the door required 3 coats of a special treatment (see the picture below) and each coat has taken over 24 hours to dry…
And the big change externally is we now have the first coat of render and an air source heat pump:
