Deadline extended… Beech Village Show

BEECH SHOW ADVERT2 BG small

Entries have been flooding in for the Village Show, but if you missed last Friday’s deadline, don’t despair, it has been extended until the evening of Tuesday 16th September!

So there is still time to…

Look out your photography, your paintings, get writing your poetry, keep dead-heading your flowers ready to display them.  Keep an eye on your fruit and vegetables for pests.  Plan your cookery…

Children of Beech and Bentworth Village School – get making your scarecrows, keep looking out for your funny-shaped vegetables, draw or paint your pictures, make your collage and write your poem…

Adults – get filling in your forms and get them delivered to Sarah or Helen with your entry money by 12th September – see below – any queries ring them on (Alton) 543194/Sarah or 82323/Helen.

FREE ENTRY to the Show

Plant Sale – the Beech Gardeners will be donating plants, seeds and cuttings for sale – proceeds will go towards expenses.

Click here to download your entry form, full details of classes and Terms & Conditions ready for printing off at home.

You may email your entry form but the form and the entry money needs to be in by the evening of Tuesday 16th September to Sarah Castle-Smith, 61a Wellhouse Road, Beech or to Helen Lamb, Highwood, Snode Hill, Beech.

Presentations will be made from 11.30 to 12.00 noon, exhibits should be removed by 2.15 pm when the Show closes.
