Wednesdays, 6.30pm-7.30pm.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style of yoga where we link postures together moving with the breath. The class has a balance of some familiar yoga postures as well as some challenging aspects too. Each class will begin and end with time to connect with your breath, relax onto your mat and calm your nervous system.
