Dance and laugh your way to fitness with BODY MOVES. It’s FUN. It encourages you to MOVE and think in a way that gives you an EFFECTIVE WORKOUT of mind and body. There are no targets, no criticism, no pressure, no minimum standard of fitness or dancing ability required.
