Monthly on Mondays – October 14, November 11, December 9 at 1pm – 2.15pm
Join Holly for a guided meditation with journaling. Each month we will explore a meditation which is linked to the turning of the seasons. The guided meditation will last around 20 to 30 minutes with time to write down any thoughts or feelings that came to you. There will also be a hot drink to bring you back into your body afterwards.
Holly is a reflexologist, and a journaling / meditation practitioner, who has been holding meditation space since 2022.
