Baltimore (15) is the true story of Rose Dugdale, an English debutante and heiress who abandoned a life of luxury and privilege for one of defiance and militancy. Amid the political unrest of the 1970s, radicalised by her growing sympathy for the IRA’s cause, Rose stages an armed invasion of an Irish country house. The plan was to steal several valuable paintings and barter them for the release of two imprisoned IRA members. However, as the intended burglary spirals into violence, will Rose be prepared to face the dire repercussions of her actions?
“Imogen Poots’ portrayal of Rose Dugdale is commanding, intense, and compelling.” – Irish Film Review
