Monday - Thursday 10am - 4pm
Advicezone for young people is open Monday 5.30 - 7.30pm and Thursday 4.30 - 6.30pm.

We have a home visiting service for those people unable to get to the bureau.

In Alton there is a room available downstairs, as our main bureau is upstairs.

We assist with all topics, but most of our work is Welfare Benefit advice including appeals, employment, housing and money advice. We hold the General Help with casework Quality Mark from the Community Legal Service. All the advisers are fully trained volunteers supported by a small team of paid staff.Alton CAB is a charity, the service is free, confidential, independent and impartial.
